NOTE: Once you have started the program, there will be regular follow up self-development sessions via Zoom, Voice Recordings, and in-person sessions (in Newark, DE) that aim for success in achieving the overall goal of balancing all 12 DIMENSIONS of your life.
FIRST YEAR ONLINE ENROLLMENT IS AS FOLLOWS:
o STAGE # 1: (1st Month is free of charge) Completion of all enrollment forms & gaining familiarity with the Energy & Personal Excellence website, materials, concepts, etc.
o STAGE # 2: Start of Module 1A - Foundational Level (Months 1-3)
§ Commence working on balancing 12 Dimensions of one's life.
§ Interconnections among all 12 Dimensions is examined and presented in depth.
o STAGE # 3: Continuation of MODULE 1A - Foundational Level (Months 4-6)
§ Evaluation of level of progress
§ Continue working on monthly exercises.
§ Further work on integration of all 12 DIMENSIONS.
o STAGE # 4: Continuation & Completion of Foundational Level (Months 7-12)
§ Evaluation of level of progress
§ Continue working on further balancing of 12 Dimensions towards a sustained state of balance.
