The human mind, with its intricate workings and endless complexities, is a fascinating phenomenon that requires a substantial amount of energy to function. However, this energy can be drained by personal conflicts that arise both within and outside of ourselves. When we take steps to reduce and eventually eliminate the unnecessary dissipation of our inner energy, we can experience an extraordinary revitalization and conservation of our life force. This revitalized energy can then permeate every aspect (12 dimensions) of our lives, unobstructed and without disturbance, leading to a powerful foundation upon which limitless possibilities become available and realizable. The human mind is perhaps the most mysterious process in existence and uses massive amounts of energy. When this energy stops being wasted through internal/external conflicts that occur due to life circumstances, great conservation and revitalization of this energy occurs. Once this energy starts to flow without inner disturbance, the foundation for personal excellence is set where psychological doorways open into limitless possibilities.
This track is an in-depth explanation of Line # 1 of the Central Concept of Personal Excellence. The audio has been created by Sachin Karnik and the ideas discussed are fundamental for anyone engaged in the "Energy & Personal Excellence" Program.

The online program (and in-person program) has 12 dimensions and 23 modules and four levels in each module. Each module has four levels as follows:
1) Foundational Level (Module 1A)
2) Intermediate Level (Module 1B)
3) Advanced Level (Module 1C)
4) Extraordinary Level (Module 1D)
During the 1st year of enrollment, MODULE 1A is commenced and focus is on DIMENSION # 1. Dimensions 2 through 12 are also explored and connected in the context of DIMENSION # 1. So this means that the PARTICIPANT (i.e. enrolle, member) starts working on building his/her "Excellent Health (Physical and Mental) based on stage of life" by going through the online program for 1 year. If sufficient foundational progress is made during the 1st year, then the PARTICIPANT starts MODULE 1B which is at an intermediate level. The process of building excellent physical/mental health continues at the intermediate level, then progress further towards advanced level, and can culminate into an extraordinary level. This time period of this progress will vary from PARTICIPANT to PARTICIPANT. Selected materials from all 23 modules will be presented to PARTICIPANTS based on necessity, interest, stage of development towards personal excellence, and other factors. Each of the 23 modules has four levels and PARTICIPANTS can enroll in the completion of specific modules based on interest, need, etc. For example, it is possible to enroll for 1 year and during that year, MODULE 1A is "worked on." The PARTICIPANT may also be interested in simultaneously accessing other modules based on interest, etc.

Each person enrolled in the “Energy & Personal Excellence” program is responsible for bringing about his/her own transformation. This transformation is not limited change, but a total transformation of one’s life into a sustained state of true balance of all 12 areas of one’s life. Simply having knowledge about the steps to take to create this personal transformation is NOT enough. Having the knowledge is essential and the CPE will provide this foundational understanding. Yet, the application of this knowledge/understanding occurs in the present and is not to be delayed. Although there is time required to gain this knowledge and transformation processes take certain amount of time, the right actions are to be taken each day, in the present, for transformation to occur without delay and without cyclical entrapments.
The PDS (Personal Development Specialist) and you (i.e. the PARTICIPANT in the CPE) will explore together the nature of transformation itself vs. limited and cyclical change. This exploration is a journey to be taken where the enrollee will spend adequate time to go through the power point slides, audios, videos, handouts, exercises, etc., to jump start one’s progressive transformation.
Confusion, misery, sorry, pain (physical and emotional) can be reduced and possibly eliminated if there is perfect balance between the mind and the body. Personal regeneration is foundational and has effects on all of human society. This regeneration is transformation into a state of actual balance and from that balanced state a movement of consciousness into personal excellence is possible.
Personal awareness of one’s own confusions, distortions, biases, and beliefs leads to personal responsibility for making one’s life flow without resistance. Recognition of one’s resistance in the 12 DIMENSIONS of one’s life is the 1st step to eventually entering into a state of non-resistance and non-friction where energy is not lost. When a caterpillar undergoes metamorphosis and eventually becomes a butterfly has gone through radical transformation. The word “radical” refers to deep-seeded, essential, fundamental, and thorough transformation. It is critical to question what is meant by “transformation” via the CPE process of exploration. Responsibility to the world is natural present when one is responsible towards oneself.
Knowledge and time are related within one’s present life. We have accumulated functional knowledge gained through schooling, etc. Metacognition is “thinking about thinking.” We have the ability to examine the nature of our thoughts. Each person is fundamentally responsible for his/her own awareness of confusion, awareness of beliefs (political, religious, economic, etc.) where this awareness leads to destruction of misery and unhappiness. There is a level of seriousness needed for such personal perception that can lead to profound transformation of one’s life. This transformation is based on the vision one creates for oneself about the end state of such transformation. Deep-seated problems can be dissolved by transformation and not mere change.

The human body is the structure of a human being. It is composed of many different types of cells that together create tissues and subsequently organ systems. They ensure homeostasis and the viability of the human body.*
The mind is a set of cognitive faculties including consciousness, perception, thinking, judgement, language and memory. It is usually defined as the faculty of an entity's thoughts and consciousness. It holds the power of imagination, recognition, and appreciation, and is responsible for processing feelings and emotions, resulting in attitudes and actions.*
There is a lengthy tradition in philosophy, religion, psychology, and cognitive science about what constitutes a mind and what are its distinguishing properties.*
Thought encompasses an “aim-free flow of ideas and associations that can lead to a reality-oriented conclusion.” Although thinking is an activity of an existential value for humans, there is no consensus as to how it is defined or understood.*
Because thought underlies many human actions and interactions, understanding its physical and metaphysical origins, processes, and effects has been a longstanding goal of many academic disciplines including philosophy, linguistics, psychology, neuroscience, artificial intelligence, biology, sociology and cognitive science.*
Thinking allows humans to make sense of, interpret, represent or model the world they experience, and to make predictions about that world. It is therefore helpful to an organism with needs, objectives, and desires as it makes plans or otherwise attempts to accomplish those goals.*
Emotion is any conscious experience characterized by intense mental activity and a certain degree of pleasure or displeasure.Scientific discourse has drifted to other meanings and there is no consensus on a definition. Emotion is often intertwined with mood, temperament, personality, disposition, and motivation. In some theories, cognition is an important aspect of emotion. Those acting primarily on the emotions they are feeling may seem as if they are not thinking, but mental processes are still essential, particularly in the interpretation of events. For example, the realization of our believing that we are in a dangerous situation and the subsequent arousal of our body's nervous system (rapid heartbeat and breathing, sweating, muscle tension) is integral to the experience of our feeling afraid. Other theories, however, claim that emotion is separate from and can precede cognition. Consciously experiencing an emotion is exhibiting a mental representation of that emotion from a past or hypothetical experience, which is linked back to a content state of pleasure or displeasure. The content states are established by verbal explanations of experiences, describing an internal state.*

In philosophy and certain models of psychology, qualia are defined to be individual instances of subjective, conscious experience.*
The hard problem of consciousness is the problem of explaining how and why sentient organisms have qualia or phenomenal experiences—how and why it is that some internal states are felt states, such as heat or pain, rather than unfelt states, as in a thermostat or a toaster. The philosopher David Chalmers, who introduced the term "hard problem" of consciousness, contrasts this with the "easy problems" of explaining the ability to discriminate, integrate information, report mental states, focus attention, etc. Easy problems are easy because all that is required for their solution is to specify a mechanism that can perform the function. That is, their proposed solutions, regardless of how complex or poorly understood they may be, can be entirely consistent with the modern materialistic conception of natural phenomena. Chalmers claims that the problem of experience is distinct from this set and that the problem of experience will "persist even when the performance of all the relevant functions is explained".*
Philosophy of mind is a branch of philosophy that studies the ontology, nature, and relationship of the mind to the body. The mind–body problem is a paradigm issue in philosophy of mind, although other issues are addressed, such as the hard problem of consciousness, and the nature of particular mental states. Aspects of the mind that are studied include mental events, mental functions, mental properties, consciousness, the ontology of the mind, the nature of thought, and the relationship of the mind to the body.*

Homeostasis is the state of steady internal conditions maintained by living things. This dynamic state of equilibrium is the condition of optimal functioning for the organism and includes many variables, such as body temperature and fluid balance, being kept within certain pre-set limits (homeostatic range). Other variables include the pH of extracellular fluid, the concentrations of sodium, potassium and calcium ions, as well as that of the blood sugar level, and these need to be regulated despite changes in the environment, diet, or level of activity. Each of these variables is controlled by one or more regulators or homeostatic mechanisms, which together maintain life. *

An idea or theory containing various conceptual elements, typically one considered to be subjective and not based on empirical evidence.
Construct validity refers to how well a test or tool measures the construct that it was designed to measure. In other words, to what extent is the BDI measuring depression? There are two types of construct validity: convergent and discriminant validity.
Pleasure is a broad class of mental states that humans and other animals experience as positive, enjoyable, or worth seeking. It includes more specific mental states such as happiness, entertainment, enjoyment, ecstasy, and euphoria. The early psychological concept of pleasure, the pleasure principle, describes it as a positive feedback mechanism that motivates the organism to recreate the situation it has just found pleasurable, and to avoid past situations that caused pain.
The experience of pleasure is subjective and different individuals experience different kinds and amounts of pleasure in the same situation. Many pleasurable experiences are associated with satisfying basic biological drives, such as eating, exercise, hygiene, sleep, and sex. The appreciation of cultural artifacts and activities such as art, music, dancing, and literature is often pleasurable.
Based upon the incentive salience model of reward – the attractive and motivational property of a stimulus that induces approach behavior and consummatory behavior – an intrinsic reward has two components: a "wanting" or desire component that is reflected in approach behavior, and a "liking" or pleasure component that is reflected in consummatory behavior. While all pleasurable stimuli are rewards, some rewards do not evoke pleasure.
